After many years as a Social Worker supporting youth and families, I switched careers, graduating from Foothills College of Massage Therapy in 2007. During classes there, I was introduced to CranioSacral Therapy and knew I’d found my calling.

CranioSacral Therapy is a light touch manual therapy developed by Dr. John Upledger based on cranial osteopathy, that impacts the central nervous system, allowing the entire body to relax and self-correct. It is effective in treating a myriad of conditions whether used on its own or in conjunction with deep tissue massage. My passion for this work has led me to become an Advanced Level Practitioner through ongoing training with the Upledger Institute, an active Teaching Assistant, and aspiring instructor. I particularly enjoy working with Pediatrics, Autism Spectrum and Sensory Processing, Post-Concussion Syndrome, and Post Traumatic Stress Disorder. Regardless of age or condition, my goal is to provide therapeutic treatment tailored to meet individual needs, to support wellness and increased quality of life.

When I don’t have my nose buried in a textbook, I enjoy volunteering, spending time outdoors, doing home rejuvenation projects, cooking and hanging out with friends.
