Darlene has been a Registered Massage Therapist for over 25 years. She is a certified CranioSacral Therapist and a Registered Manual Osteopathic Therapist (October 2021).

Darlene specializes in modalities and techniques that require a light, precise touch. By identifying and releasing fascial restrictions, tissue balance and fluid flow is restored, bringing balance to all the systems of the body; the digestive system, the craniosacral system, the immune system, the elimination system, the reproductive system and the musculoskeletal system. Modalities include; CranioSacral Therapy (Upledger) Lymphatic Drainage Therapy (Chikly) and Visceral Manipulation Therapy (Barral). Techniques include; fascial release, MET, strain and counter strain and ligament articulation strain.
