Shanna is a well-seasoned Registered Massage Therapist and a Dr. Vodder Certified Lymphedema Therapist.

Shanna graduated with honours from the College of Massage and Hydrotherapy in Toronto, Ontario in 2011. She obtained her Lymphedema Therapist certification in 2012 and recertifies every two years.

Shanna’s treatments are unique to each client. She creates a warm, calm and soothing environment where her treatments are focused and effective.

Shanna provides lymph drainage treatments and lymph taping to clients’ post-orthopedic surgery, pre & post-cosmetic surgery and post-oncology related surgery. Shanna also provides massage therapy treatments that include relaxation massage, acupressure point techniques, deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, myofascial cupping and prenatal massage.

Shanna strives to maintain a work/life balance. When not practising she is golfing, hiking, kayaking, dragon boating, or curling.
