Fiona‘s 30 years of experience as a physio has honed her skill set in finding the root cause of an issue and offering multiple treatment options. Giving clients plenty of time, Fiona‘s hands-on treatments combine her extra training as a Certified Lymphedema Therapist, Advanced Craniosacral Therapist, and many courses including Treating Cancer patients, Pregnant ladies and Pediatrics. Fiona has worked in a variety of clinics and hospitals in 3 countries and loves horses, the blue sky outdoors and travelling.

“Faster Healing, Less Pain, Less Inflammation: A Physio’s Guide to Optimizing Health with Lymphatic Science” - Saturday 3:00pm

The importance of addressing and considering the increased knowledge about the Lymphatic System in a Physiotherapy Session will be incorporated into this talk. How and why the application of this knowledge can enhance the healing and recovery of multiple conditions will be explored. Particular emphasis on those conditions that involve inflammation, pain and swelling and how much they can benefit from this approach will be addressed.
