. Founder of Roots & Resonance I create spaces for deep remembering, guided by sound, earth, and horses. Through sound healing, vibrational therapy, Reiki, Raindrop Technique, ceremonial work, and equine-guided experiences, I support nervous-system regulation, emotional release, and embodied return. My work is rooted in the understanding that healing does not come from force, but from safety, rhythm, and relationship. Horses are central to my practice. They are powerful mirrors of presence, coherence, and truth. In equine-guided sessions and rituals, horses help reveal what the body is holding, regulate the nervous system through attuned connection, and teach boundaries, trust, and resonance without words. Their sensitivity and honesty create profound shifts, often where language and logic cannot. Sound remains the thread that weaves everything together. Using crystal and metal singing bowls, drums, chimes, voice, and earth-based instruments, I guide individuals and groups into deeply grounded states where the body can soften, release, and recalibrate. My work is inspired by Celtic and earth-honouring traditions, seasonal cycles, and somatic awareness. Each offering, whether a sound bath, private session, equine experience, or ceremonial gathering is intuitive, trauma-aware, and guided by what is present in the moment. This is not about fixing. It is about remembering your natural rhythm. Roots & Resonance is a space for those drawn to depth, gentleness, and authenticity, where sound, horse, and human meet in shared resonance.

STILLPOINT A Nervous System Reset Through Sound- Saturday @ 7:00pm - OPEN TO ALL (No TICKET REQUIRED)

After days of information, conversation, and constant stimulation, the body doesn’t need more input, it needs a pause. Stillpoint is a deeply restorative sound experience created for conference attendees who are mentally full, socially saturated, and ready to return to their bodies. Using low-frequency sound, slow rhythm, and intentional silence, this session supports the nervous system in downshifting from alertness into regulation and rest. There is nothing to do, nothing to process, and nowhere to go. Sound carries the body back toward balance, allowing breath to deepen, muscles to soften, and internal rhythm to re-establish. Designed to reduce sensory overload and support parasympathetic settling, Stillpoint offers a grounded, trauma-informed reset so participants can leave feeling steadier, clearer, and more resourced. This is not a journey. It’s a return.
