Stacia Skappak is a Strozzi Institute Certified Somatic Coach and a member of the ICF (International Coaching Federation). Since 2020, she’s coached online via Zoom and in person with professional women across North America.
Stacia first discovered somatic coaching as a client and it made a huge difference in her life. She was on a path, but it was a path of (other’s) expectations, corporate climbing, and self judgement. She had purpose, but it wasn’t her’s.
Somatics gave her the chance to explore in a new way. It opened and connected her to possibilities she hadn’t allowed myself to feel, experience, or move toward. Somatics opened her to what was naturally within HER!
Her body knew a scary leap was required! She decided to leave her 20-year career as a widely recognized professional geologist.
And she trained through the Strozzi Institute – a world- famous somatic training centre—to become a certified coach. Best career move ever!
Outside of coaching, Stacia loves travelling the world—30 countries and counting. She lives in Calgary with her husband, two sons, and a bossy Ragdoll cat and Labradoodle.
